If you are having Marriage problems my suggestion would definitely be to see a Christian marriage counsellor.
If I have car troubles I would look for a car mechanic as opposed to a general mechanical personnel.
Marriage matters are a very specific domain and need to be handled as such. That said, it is always a blessing to have your Pastor also interceding for you.
